Work With Me
This isn’t about being fixed. It’s about being more fully yourself.
Most people who find their way here have been carrying something for a long time – a pattern they can’t shake, a relationship that keeps going wrong, a sense that something’s missing but they can’t name it. If that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.
WHAT I WORK WITH
Trauma & intimacy counselling: Exploring how past experiences, often ones you’ve minimised or never fully processed, are shaping your relationships and your sense of self today. We work to rebuild trust, safety, and genuine connection.
Relational & attachment patterns: Understanding why you relate the way you do – codependency, avoidance, people-pleasing, emotional shutdown. Then, slowly, finding different ways of being with others and yourself.
Mindfulness & body-based approaches: Breathwork, movement, and somatic awareness aren’t add-ons. Sometimes the body holds what words can’t reach. These are practical tools, not mystical ones.
Shadow work & self-discovery: The parts of yourself you’ve pushed away – the anger, the need, the parts you’re ashamed of often hold exactly what you’ve been looking for. We go there carefully, and without judgement.
WHAT SESSIONS ACTUALLY LOOK LIKE
- We go at your pace, there’s no agenda to rush through
- Deep listening, without any attempt to steer you toward a conclusion
- A mix of approaches drawn from four years of integrated training
- Practical tools alongside the deeper exploratory work
- You may be challenged – you will always be heard
AREAS WE MIGHT GO DEEPER INTO
Intimacy & authentic connection
You want closeness but keep pulling away. You repeat the same patterns in relationships and can’t figure out why. We slow down and listen to what your body and history are actually telling you, and work to untangle the attachment wounds and shame that keep real intimacy at arm’s length.
Sexuality, desire & erotic aliveness
Desire is a part of you, not a problem to manage. Whether it’s been numbed by shame, complicated by past experiences, or you’re simply ready to understand yourself better in this area, we explore it with honesty and care. This is about inhabiting your body fully, not performing a version of it.
Shadow work & wholeness
The emotions you’ve kept hidden – the longings, the fears, the things you can’t admit to yourself – often carry the most energy. Through mindful presence, somatic work, and honest conversation, we turn toward those parts rather than away from them. What tends to emerge is more aliveness, not less.
If any of this resonates, the first step is a conversation. No commitment, no pressure – just a chance to talk and see if we’re a good fit.
I welcome people from all backgrounds – different genders, sexualities, neurotypes, and life experiences. Everyone is treated as an individual, with curiosity about their own unique story.
